Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by maintaining consistent communication, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring clients feel valued and involved throughout the project.
- Take a proactive, concierge-style approach to guide clients through the construction process, anticipating their needs and serving as their main point of contact.
- Conduct milestone walks with clients and designers at key stages of the project to review progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with expectations.
- Utilize Procore project management software to accurately document project data, track progress, and maintain schedules, enabling efficient collaboration and decision-making.
- Develop and manage detailed construction schedules, monitor progress, and resolve delays or issues to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Collaborate closely with project engineers and designers to ensure effective communication, alignment, and smooth transitions from design to construction.
- Promote transparency by providing regular updates on project progress, including accurate contributions to 2- and 12-week collections reports to align milestones and expectations.
- Uphold commitments to clients by prioritizing schedules, delivering high-quality results, and ensuring project milestones are met without compromise.
- Create a supportive environment within project teams, building alignment and communication to drive project success.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management (PMP), or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of construction techniques, industry standards, and best practices.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership abilities paired with exceptional negotiation skills to drive project success.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and align diverse stakeholders.

- Must be able to lift 30 pounds at times.
- Ability to walk a jobsite on uneven terrain in the extreme heat or cold.
