I am working with a company looking to hire a Junior Project Accountant on a permanent basis. This position is in the office five days a week in downtown Washington, DC. - Assist the Senior Project Accountant with journal entries
- Assist with accounts payable
- Assist with bank reconciliations
- Assist with some administrative tasks as necessary
- Experience working in the government contracting industry or with the professional services industry (ex. engineering firm, architecture firm, law firm, public accounting firm, etc.)
- 2 years of accounting related experience
- Strong system skills
- Strong communication skills
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
