- Prepare Balance Sheet Control Reports to support balance sheet review and financial reporting.
- Reconcile sales tax payments and returns using Avalara; ensure accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations in NetSuite, recording necessary cash in/out transactions.
- Review and invoice B2B sales orders and ensure DTC “Cash Sales” transactions are accurately recorded.
- Manage accounts receivable (AR), apply cash to invoices, monitor AR aging, and conduct outreach for collections.
- Reconcile AR balances for Amazon and Shopify accounts monthly.
- Process accounts payable (AP) invoices through Bill.com, validating and coding invoices to match purchase orders.
- 5 years of accounting experience with strong knowledge of AR, AP, and reconciliations.
- Experience with NetSuite, Bill.com, and Shopify preferred.
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to analyze and validate data.
- Experience in a start-up, eCommerce, or CPG environment is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized with a passion for process improvement.
