An internationally recognized non-profit seeks a passionate leader for an Accounting Supervisor role, that is responsible for advancing the mission and vision of the organization by ensuring financial integrity. What You’ll Do
- Oversees 3 accountants-mentor, guide, review
- Provide timely and accurate payroll preparation, reporting and reconciliation, including benefit programs; review and reconcile quarterly payroll tax returns and annual W-2’s
- Support the month-end close and timely and accurate preparation of financial statements
- Provide financial reporting and analysis to the Director of Finance
- Prepare monthly reviews of budget status for department directors
- With support from the Director of Finance and the leadership team, prepare the annual budget and related financial forecasts and updates Support the annual audit of the organization’s financial statements, including single audit

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA
- 5 years related, progressive experience
- Non-profit accounting experience
- Supervisory experience
- Payroll experience
Salary : $95,000 - $114,000
