This position is a great fit for someone with strong payroll experience who also has some exposure to accounts payable.

Payroll

What You’ll Do

• Upload payroll files received from multiple locations into Sage 100.
• Verify accuracy, including compliance with minimum wage laws.
• Enter paid sick leave data.
• Process payroll and upload files to the bank.
• Manage timecards
  
  

Accounts Payable

• Enter and code invoices.
• Process check runs.
• Review distributor invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Payroll expertise – you’ve processed payroll from start to finish and have experience with payroll software.
• AP familiarity – comfortable with invoice entry, coding, and check runs.
• Detail-oriented and proactive – you catch errors before they become problems.
• Comfortable in a small office environment – teamwork and adaptability are key!
