Job Description: Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist with a forward-thinking mindset, strong teamwork skills, and a client-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance and demonstrate excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Pay range will be: $23-$25 an HR

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, reconcile accounts, and prepare financial reports as needed.
• Foster strong client relationships by addressing inquiries and resolving payment or billing issues promptly and professionally.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable/accounts receivable or related accounting roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvements and client satisfaction.
