Are you an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Our client is looking for an AP Supervisor to join their team!
What You’ll Do
- Enter invoices into the system with accuracy and efficiency.
- The AP Supervisor will assist with processing weekly payment runs.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper setup.
- The AP Supervisor will handle administrative tasks such as scanning mail, printing checks, and other clerical duties.
- The AP Supervisor will take initiative in improving processes and adapting to a dynamic work environment.
- Solid experience in accounts payable and accounting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in AP systems and Excel is a plus.
