- Process high-volume invoices and credits using automated AP systems
- Process supplier point-of-sale invoices accurately and efficiently
- Investigate and resolve invoice and credit discrepancies, including communication with internal departments and suppliers
- Ensure timely submission of supplier EFT draft information and resolution of any related issues
- Respond promptly to all assigned supplier inquiries
- Follow up consistently on received but not invoiced purchase orders, outstanding claims, and returns
- Review and research supplier statements to ensure timely resolution of open AP transactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation
- Contribute to other tasks, reporting, and projects as needed
- 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Knowledgeable with basic accounting
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
