- This position will work closely with the Controller and Director of Finance having the opportunity to touch various pieces of the accounting cycle

- Assist in management of accounting departments including manufacturing, inventory, accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll.
- Possess advanced knowledge levels of analytical, modeling and data manipulation.
- Oversight of the payroll and payroll team
- Assist in creating and improving processes and internal controls
- Training and development of the finance department including a development of the non-professional and professional staff
- Research and resolve accounting and tax filing problems and errors. Make recommendations for correction.
- Serve as back-up for other accounting manager positions, as needed for coverage and assist in all areas of accounting as needed.
- 5 years’ experience in a progressive position with supervisory experience
- BS in Accounting is a Must, CPA is highly preferred
- Public Accounting experience is highly desired
- Payroll Experience
- Non-Profit experience is a plus
Salary : $110,000 - $120,000
