Bookkeeper

Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with an established construction company to identify a Bookkeeper to join their company. This opportunity could be part time or full time depending on the desired hours.

Responsibilities Of The Bookkeeper

• Review and process vendor invoices and inventory receipts
• Assist with vendor check runs
• Prepare and enter journal entries
• Assist with month end close
• Review product sales, costs and margins
• Monitor and update product pricing
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Enter bank deposits
• Assist in reconciling ledgers, reports and accounting records
• Prepare monthly customer statements
• Assist Accounting Manager with all aspects of accounting
• Manage multiple duties and priorities simultaneously
  
  

Background Expected of Bookkeeper:

• Prior accounting experience required
• Experience with QuickBooks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
