Duties
- Prepare Payroll for Payroll Service
- Accounts Payable
- Reconcile Bank Statements and Credit Card Statements
- Calculate and pay sales tax
Qualifications
- Strong skills in double entry bookkeeping and financial concepts
- Experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes
- Familiarity with payroll submittal
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
