Key Responsibilities: Controller/Financial Analyst

• Oversee all accounting/finance functions, financial reporting, and site compliance.
• Oversee the General Ledger, accruals, journal entries, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
• Oversee inventory, cost accounting, and cash management.
• Conduct financial analysis on costs, labor, and performance metrics.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• The Controller/Financial Analyst will oversee and develop a small team
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements: Controller/Financial Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  
  

Location: Hartford, CT area

Salary: $85,000-95,000 bonus
