Key Responsibilities: Controller

• Oversee all accounting/finance functions, financial reporting, and site compliance
• Oversee the General Ledger, accruals, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
• Oversee inventory, cost accounting, and cash management
• Conduct financial analysis on costs, labor, and performance metrics
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
• Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• The Controller will oversee and develop a small team
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements: Controller

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
  
  

Location: Greater Hartford

Salary: $85,000-95,000 bonus
