As the Controller / HR Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
- Manage the company’s cash flow and ensure optimal use of resources.
- Develop and implement annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Act as the point of contact for employee concerns and provide guidance on HR-related issues.
- Promote and uphold the company’s values and culture across all departments.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Controller or HR Manager, ideally within a real estate or franchise environment.
