What You’ll Own
- 🔹 Lead and mentor our AP/AR teams—your leadership sets the tone for accuracy and accountability
- 🔹 Oversee and manage the monthly close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
- 🔹 Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow analysis like a pro
- 🔹 Collaborate cross-functionally with IT and operations to ensure data integrity across systems
- 🔹 Dive into cost accounting and bill of materials (BOM) to support pricing, margin analysis, and product profitability
- 🔹 Ensure GAAP compliance and support audit activities
- 🔹 Champion process improvement and systems optimization (we run on NetSuite, and love it when you do too)
- 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
- 🧾 CPA preferred – you speak GAAP like a native language
- 📊 3–5 years in public accounting—you know what auditors look for
- 🏭 3–5 years in private industry, with at least 3 years in a Controller role
- 🧠 Solid understanding of cost accounting, manufacturing operations, and ERP systems
- 💻 Experience with NetSuite highly preferred
- 👥 A collaborative spirit and leadership presence—we want someone who can build trust across the org
