- Oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes, financial reporting, and reconciliations
- Optimize accounting procedures within CDK to improve efficiency
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with department heads to drive profitability and operational success
- Handle cash flow management, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations, audits, and dealership financial policies
- Lead and mentor an accounting team to achieve peak performance
