Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the plant.
- Oversee cost accounting and ensure accurate product costing, inventory valuation, and financial controls.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and corporate policies while maintaining strong internal controls.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the plant finance team.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
- Extensive manufacturing industry experience with a strong focus on cost accounting.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in financial analysis, cost reduction strategies, and ERP systems (SAP a plus).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Reading, PA.
