Key Responsibilities Of The Controller
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of bank transactions in the general ledger.
- Prepare and post monthly journal entries, ensuring the timely reconciliation of detailed balance sheet accounts.
- Compile, analyze, and submit comprehensive monthly reporting packages to management.
- Oversee payroll processes, including the review, reconciliation, and documentation of bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll activities.
- Supervise accounting team including AP/AR and Staff Accountants
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with SAP is strongly preferred
- Leadership experience overseeing an accounting team
- Manufacturing experience preferred
Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
