- Manage accounts receivable, ensuring accurate and timely collections.
- Supervise 1direct report, reviewing and enhancing the work.
- Collaborate with insurance vendors to maintain and optimize coverage.
- Oversee accounts payable processes for accuracy and efficiency.
- Drive process improvements, leveraging the company’s recent transition to cloud-based systems while working with Vista (Viewpoint) ERP and Procore project management software.
- Construction Industry Background with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. OR
- CPA or CCIFP certifications with proven experience in construction accounting.
