What You’ll Do

• Oversee all Accounting & Finance functions, ensuring strong financial health and compliance.
• Report to the CFO and President, working as a strategic partner to drive business decisions.
• Lead process improvements across accounting, reporting, and financial analysis.
• Manage month-end and year-end close, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Oversee financial statement preparation, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Provide deeper insights through FP&A, supporting better decision-making and business performance evaluation.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 10 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance leadership.
• Strong accounting foundation in public accounting (audit)
• Proven management experience – must have led and developed finance teams.
• Background in manufacturing or distribution is ideal.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA preferred.
