- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, reconciliations, and inventory.
- Prepare and publish monthly financial statements for multiple entities.
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial controls and guidelines.
- Provide senior management with comprehensive financial updates by evaluating, analyzing, and reporting key financial data.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP standards and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee regulatory reporting (federal, state, and local).
- Establish financial and operational benchmarks, budgets, and reporting standards.
- Develop and enforce internal controls and processes to protect company assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- 5 years of experience owning the month-end close process.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and general ledger accounting.
- Background in the service industry (hospitality experience is a plus).
- Ability to manage and mentor a team, providing leadership and guidance to support financial objectives.
Salary : $120,000 - $135,000
