Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting to support business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver timely financial reports, ensuring accuracy across monthly, quarterly, and annual statements.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, ledger reconciliation, and cash accounts.
- Handle month-end financial reporting and journal entries with precision.
- Review and approve accounts receivable reports to maintain financial integrity.
- Monitor and optimize inventory valuation processes, including cycle counts and reconciliations.
- Provide administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer and company President.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and external financial regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
- A minimum of five years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in multiple ERP software platforms and financial systems.
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
