- Own the end-to-end billing process, including setup, invoicing, and collections
- Partner with Finance and Operations leaders to create and implement billing best practices
- Manage and develop a team of billing professionals
- Build training programs and lead education on new systems and processes
- Develop and standardize reporting, including AR dashboards and performance KPIs
- Lead integration efforts for new acquisitions or openings into the billing workflow
- Advise on strategy for discounts, tuition rates, and employee billing
- Support ongoing process improvement and efficiency efforts
- Communicate write-offs and AR trends to senior leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required. Additional certifications are a plus.
- 10 years of experience in process improvement and billing operations
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams
- Strong executive communication and presentation abilities
- Comfortable driving change in fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in education, Procare, and/or NetSuite are large plus factors.
Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 bonus
