Responsibilities Of The Director Of Finance
- Collaborate with senior management to create sustainable financial plans that support the organization's mission and long-term goals.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to a team of finance professionals, helping them grow in their roles and succeed.
- Communicate financial insights and performance to leadership, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
- Regularly review expenses, implement controls, and ensure the organization operates within budget.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reductions to maximize the impact of resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7-10 years of finance experience, including 3 years in a senior role
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- Salary range is $95,000 to $115,000
