Responsibilities Of The Director Of Finance

• Collaborate with senior management to create sustainable financial plans that support the organization's mission and long-term goals.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to a team of finance professionals, helping them grow in their roles and succeed.
• Communicate financial insights and performance to leadership, providing clear and actionable recommendations.
• Regularly review expenses, implement controls, and ensure the organization operates within budget.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reductions to maximize the impact of resources.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications Of The Director Of Finance

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 7-10 years of finance experience, including 3 years in a senior role
• Experience in the manufacturing industry
  
  

Salary And Benefits

• Salary range is $95,000 to $115,000
• On site role near Alliance, Ohio
