Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all tax compliance, ensuring accurate and timely schedules
- Lead financial reporting and provision processes, including tax account reconciliations and effective tax rate analysis.
- Develop and execute tax strategies that minimize liabilities and align with evolving federal and state tax laws.
- Provide technical guidance to teams and senior leadership regarding tax impacts on business decisions.
- Manage and mentor the corporate tax team to foster collaboration and maximize efficiency.
- 10–15 years of experience in corporate tax planning, compliance, and accounting, extensive public experience, manufacturing background a plus.
- CPA preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and tax provision processes.
- A detail-oriented, creative, and personable professional who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Flexible hybrid schedule (3 on-site, 2 remote.)
- Outstanding compensation package, including up to a 6-month salary bonus, annual raises, and quarterly performance incentives.
