Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the ERP migration project from Lawson to Oracle Fusion. From planning, through go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, set clear milestones, manage dependencies, and oversee resource allocation.
- Coordinate with Oracle and the selected implementation partners, ensuring alignment with internal team members and business units.
- Facilitate business and technical meetings to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure proper communication across departments.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business expectations, while staying within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Monitor risk and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Track project performance using appropriate tools (e.g., MS Project, M365), analyze results, and report on progress to leadership and stakeholders.
- Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and third-party consultants.
- Champion project governance and change management best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of hands-on ERP project management experience within mid-to-large sized organization.
- Experience going through an ERP implementation—preferably to Oracle Fusion or similar systems.
- Proficient in project management tools and applications such as MS Project and Microsoft 365 suite.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT project governance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional environment.
- Resilient under pressure and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License (required)
- Flexible schedule availability.
- PMP or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion applications (HCM, ERP, SCM, EPM) is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with public sector or tribal government environments.
- Long-term project commitment mindset — excited to see the project through to successful completion.
Salary : $124,800 - $156,000
