- Responsible for accounts payable:
- entering vender invoices
- review accuracy within in the general ledger
- confirm invoice signature authorizations for payment
- invoice payment submittals
- Process payroll
- track paid time off
- maintenance of payroll reconciliations database
- This person is responsible for working closely with and overseeing payroll within the Paychex payroll platform
- Responsible for functions under Accounts Receivable
- maintaining AR's from outside vendors and intercompany affiliates
- Administer the submission of 401k payments to 401k plan provider
- Work with auditors and annually provide correct reports
- Responsible for additional responsibilities as needed within the department and perform special projects when asked
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Payroll preferred
- Accounting/Finance degree preferred
- Experience in non-profit a plus
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid computer skills
