Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, including workforce planning and retention strategies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Implement HR programs related to engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee performance.
- Assist with compensation, benefits, and payroll-related inquiries.
- Drive organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a key resource for employees, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
- Experience: 2 - 3 years of HR experience, preferably in a business partner or strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
