- Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring excellence in HR service delivery.
- Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee retention strategies.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace culture.
- Manage benefits administration, open enrollment and employee onboarding.
- Implement training, leadership development, and performance management programs.
- Champion HR compliance, policies, and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Broad HR experience across recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation, and compliance.
- Leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop an HR team.
- Customer-serving mindset, ensuring HR is a trusted partner to employees and leadership.

- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related Field required or SHRM certification
