• The Director of Finance will report to the CFO and CEO who are both skilled in nonprofit organizations and has a demonstrated history of excellent leadership.
  

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Finance Department during the interim period, maintaining operational stability and continuity.
• Partner closely with the Controller to manage daily accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Develop, monitor, and refine budgets and financial forecasts to align with the organization's strategic objective.
• Generate and interpret financial reports, trends, and key performance metrics utilizing Power BI and Oracle Fusion.
• Provide high-level financial analysis and strategic recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team.
• Work collaboratively with the VP of HR to ensure effective administration of the organization’s 403(b) retirement plan.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP, regulatory requirements, and internal financial policies.
• Facilitate audit preparation, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with external auditors.
• Identify opportunities for financial process enhancements and implement best practices.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
  
  

To Succeed In This Role, You Will Have

• BA/BS in Accounting; MBA or CPA a plus
• Demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP and nonprofit accounting leadership
• Competency with ERP accounting systems – Oracle and Power BI would be a plus
• Results oriented and excellent written and oral communication skills
