Key Responsibilities Of The IT Business Analyst
- Evaluate current business workflows to uncover opportunities for optimization and increased efficiency through automation
- Design, build, and deploy automation solutions utilizing various technologies and best practices
- Develop and update comprehensive documentation for all implemented automation processes
- Partner with IT colleagues and key business stakeholders to drive successful project execution
- Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting support for automation systems when required
- Keep pace with advancements in automation technologies and recommend innovative solutions for adoption
- Recognize opportunities for business enhancements and support Leadership in defining strategic objectives
- Experience automating and improving workflows & business processes
- Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Experience with Power Automate
- Strong experience with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS)
- Organized and detail oriented
- Effective communication skills and comfortable working with stakeholders
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Experience and knowledgeable using AI tools
- Experience with HelpSpot CRM
- Experience with SAP ERP system
- Experience with SQL Server database and SQL queries
- Exposure to Python and/or JavaScript
