Responsibilities For The It Engineer
- Design, implement, and maintain server and network infrastructure
- Manage enterprise security infrastructure and ensure compliance with security protocols
- Administer various technology systems including CSM/CIS, digital phone systems, and security systems
- Perform regular system maintenance, patches, and updates
- Develop and maintain backup/recovery procedures
- Provide technical support and training to end users
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Enterprise networking experience (Cisco/HP/Meraki)
- Next-gen firewall configuration experience
- Windows client/server administration
- Experience with virtualization technologies
- Experience with enterprise storage systems and SQL database administration
- Scripting capabilities (PowerShell/Bash preferred)
