What You'll Do
- Inspire and mentor a talented team of 4 direct reports, promoting collaboration and innovation.
- Develop impactful solutions, reports, and dashboards to guide strategic decision-making.
- Address complex challenges through expert troubleshooting and effective staff collaboration.
- Spearhead process enhancements and ensure compliance with ITGC SOX standards.
- Oversee maintenance schedules, upgrades, and seamless execution of IT projects.
- Manage logical access requests and safeguard secure system operations.
- Maintain detailed documentation and leverage project management tools for tracking progress.
What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is a forward-thinking IT professional with a proactive attitude and a commitment to excellence. Desired qualifications include:
- A 4-year degree in technology (Computer Science, Information Systems, etc.).
- At least 5 years of ERP system experience.
- A history of process improvement, software development, and database expertise.
- Superior prioritization, time management, and communication skills.
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs on an infrequent basis.
