Contract Details
- Temporary role with a minimum 3-month duration (possibility of extension or temp-to-hire)
- Expected pay rate: $28-$31/hour
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-5
- On-site business casual environment

- Serve as the first point of contact for employees, resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 helpdesk tickets
- Troubleshoot issues related to printers, VPN connections, and basic IT problems
- Deploy and configure new computers and devices
- Handle 10-15 helpdesk tickets per day, providing timely and effective support
- Support and manage accounts in MS Exchange and Active Directory
- Work closely with a small IT team, including a System Administrator who currently handles escalations
- 2 years of experience in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 IT helpdesk role
- Proficiency desktop support - Chromebook experience is a plus
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with end-users of varying technical proficiency
- Prior experience supporting IT in a nonprofit or small organizational environment preferred
