Position: IT Support Specialist
Job Description:
Responsible for providing functional and programming support for ERP (Epicor) and other systems. Work closely with key business stakeholders to implement the best business practices and processes of Epicor ERP system. Provide custom programming, reporting or other tools to fill the gaps in functionality or to satisfy custom requirements. Provide general support or training for business users. Work with third-party providers to maintain the wellbeing of the system. Work with the rest of the IT team to provide end-user and device support.
Hours: 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday. (Occasional Overtime)
Key roles and responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information service or related fields, and/or three plus years of equivalent work experience.
- Basic business knowledge, manufacturing preferred.
- Strong programming and data analysis skills.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial ERP system, Epicor knowledge preferred.
- Problem solving attitude.
- Other duties and/or special projects may be assigned as required.
Skills and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information service or related fields, and/or three plus years of equivalent work experience.
- Basic business knowledge, manufacturing preferred.
- Strong programming and data analysis skills.
- Strong technical aptitude.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong working knowledge of commercial ERP system, Epicor knowledge preferred.

Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
