1. Data and Business Analysis:
o Perform comprehensive data analysis to support business decision-making.
o Develop and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address data-related needs.
2. SQL Stored Procedures:
o Maintain and update SQL stored procedures to ensure optimal performance.
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SQL queries and procedures.
o Implement best practices for SQL development and database management.
3. CRM and ERP Solutions:
o Work closely with CRM and ERP staff to create and maintain solutions that automate processes and improve data accuracy.
o Assist in the design and implementation of new features and functionalities.
4. Systems and Configurations Documentation:
o Assist in documenting all systems and configurations.
o Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant personnel.
o Contribute to the development of IT policies and procedures.
5. Technical Skills:
o Familiarity with SQL, preferably Microsoft SQL Server.
o Experience with reporting/BI tools, preferably Tableau and/or ReportsNow.
o Familiarity with Salesforce.com, JD Edwards, Oracle EnterpriseOne is a plus.
o Basic network management skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or similar work experience.
Proven experience in data analysis, SQL development, and/or CRM/ERP systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Flexible and eager to take on new challenges and technologies.
Experience with AI would be a plus.
