Our client, a trucking industry leader for over 20 years, is adding a Manager of Operations due to growth. Work/life balance, with flexible starting times. Onsite in LaVergne, TN. Great benefits, including 401k match. Close-knit family environment. The salary is up to $100,000. Must have automotive-related experience (parts, trucking, etc.).

Overview Of The Manager Of Operations Role

• Manage the acquisition, leasing, and disposal of vehicles.
• Oversee daily fleet operations, including tracking vehicle availability, location, and status.
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and safety/security standards.
• Manage customer needs and relationships.
• Balance fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that maintenance productivity standards are met.
• Supports, communicates, implements, and measures performance against all corporate initiatives.
• Assist the Director of Operations.
• Maximize asset utilization by managing downtime and out-service of vehicles.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications Of The Manager Of Operations

• Automotive industry-related experience (parts, trucking, etc.)
