💼 What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities

As our go-to Payroll Coordinator, you'll be the engine that keeps our payroll and employee compensation humming. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end payroll operations for a growing healthcare workforce
• Administering and reconciling FMLA, deferred compensation, retirement plans, and onboarding processes
• Ensuring compliance with payroll taxes and regulations
• Handling payroll reconciliation and audit support with confidence
• Partnering with HR and Finance to deliver timely, accurate payroll runs
• Leveraging systems like 3R or Premier (preferred) to boost efficiency
  
  

✅ What You Bring

• 5 years of payroll experience — you’ve done this before and you’re great at it
• Strong healthcare industry experience (non-negotiable)
• Deep understanding of FMLA, retirement plans, deferred compensation, and payroll tax compliance
• Experience with payroll software like 3R or Premier highly preferred
• A detail-obsessed mindset and top-tier organizational skills
