Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Payroll Manager
- Direct Reports: None
- Process biweekly and weekly payrolls using UltiPro HRIS system
- Verify time records for accuracy and proper management approval
- Maintain audit trails for all manual edits and complete balance sheets for each payroll
- Support quarterly and year-end tax reconciliations and reporting
- Analyze payroll tax data to identify process improvements
- Coordinate with HR to ensure proper system setup for all team members
- Manage vendor relationships related to payroll and benefits
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training documentation
- Create custom reports and respond to team member inquiries
- Experience with UltiPro HRIS or similar payroll systems
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of payroll tax regulations and compliance
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Process improvement mindset
Salary : $65,000 - $70,000
