- Month-End Close & Financial Reporting – Fast close process and daily metrics reporting to leadership.
- Capital Investments – Oversee spending, prepare capital requests, and track within budgets.
- Inventory & Internal Controls – Conduct monthly physical inventory, oversee controls, and analyze process improvements.
- Business Partnering – Work directly with plant and line managers to drive operational efficiencies.
- Systems & Data – Work with AS400, Oracle, Hyperion, and Advanced Excel.
- Manufacturing Experience – 3-5 years preferred (open to candidates with the right attitude and growth mindset).
- Strong Personality – Confident working with strong-willed manufacturing teams and driving financial insights.
- Hands-On & Business-Focused – Not just reporting numbers but influencing decision-making on the plant floor.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
