About The Role
The Project Accountant will play a key role in the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and General Ledger processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with construction accounting standards. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while being part of a team.
Key Responsibilities
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Preferred)
2 years of Construction Accounting experience & 1 year of Job Costing experience
Understanding of AIA Billing, Lien Releases, & Job Costing
Equivalent Combination Of Education & Experience Considered

Highly organized and able to meet deadlines consistently
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word required

Strong Verbal & Written Communication Skills

About The Role

- Prepare requisitions and releases of liens (ROL) within the Accounts Receivable process (AIA Billing Required)
- Process Accounts Payable for Business Units
- Perform general ledger entries across multiple accounting software platforms
- Assist with the month-end close process
- Support the Accounting Department with special projects as needed
