What The Project Finance Analyst Will Do

• Forecast & Analyze – Develop and maintain project cash flow models, ensuring accurate financial forecasting.
• Manage Draws & Waterfalls – Oversee funding requests, capital draws, and compliance with waterfall schedules.
• Lender Relations – Assist in calculating project debt covenants and prepare quarterly lender reporting packages.
• Financial Oversight – Support ongoing financial analysis, variance tracking, and risk assessment for projects.
• Collaborate & Optimize – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including treasury, operations, and project development, to enhance financial efficiency.
  
  

Qualifications For The Project Finance Analyst

• 5-7 years of experience in project finance, investment banking, or energy finance.
• Strong financial modeling and cash flow forecasting skills.
• Experience with debt compliance and lender reporting.
• A keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools.
