- 💰 Post payments, adjustments & reconcile accounts
- 📞 Communicate with insurers, patients & healthcare teams to resolve billing issues
- 📝 Follow up on denied/rejected claims & submit appeals as needed
- 📊 Generate and analyze financial reports to identify trends & areas for improvement
- 🔄 Ensure compliance with coding guidelines (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) & HIPAA regulations
- 🏥 2 years of experience in medical billing, coding, or revenue cycle management
- 💻 Proficiency in billing software, EHR systems & claims processing
- 🔍 Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking & problem-solving skills
