Core Responsibilities

• Transform financial data into strategic decisions alongside country management
• Lead financial analysis across customers, products, and projects
• Manage core accounting operations
• Strategic Planning:
• Drive budget preparation and forecasting
• Implement efficiency programs to improve performance
• Optimize resource utilization
• Operational Excellence:
• Conduct local audits and refine policies
• Drive process improvements
• Ensure compliance while identifying growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 4 years of progressive accounting experience (CPA welcome but not required)
• Manufacturing or services industry background preferred
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Sage, NetSuite, Salesforce, or Epicor)
• Advanced Excel expertise
• Strong communication skills and analytical mindset
• Self-starter mentality with a drive for excellence
