Responsibilities Of The Senior Accountant
- The Senior Accountant will reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Post journal entries and assist in month-end close.
- Assist AP Clerk with any issues with inventory vendors.
- Post expense invoices and review and collect all receipts for employee expense reports and credit cards.
- Run checks each week.
- Answering questions regarding payments from authorized check signers.
- Assist with cash application issues as needed.
- Review ACH payments to make sure they are posted by A/R team.
- Maintain time clock activity.
- Assist with year-end audit preparation.
- Ability to work onsite in Whites Creek, TN.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 3 years of accounting experience.
