About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely GAAP financial reporting packages, including budget-to-actual analysis.
- Present financial results to senior leadership as needed.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP accounting standards, document key issues, and implement new pronouncements.
- Oversee journal entries and reconciliations, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare external audited financial statements and manage audit coordination.
- Handle complex accounting areas such as consolidations, intercompany transactions, eliminations, investments, and derivatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- 3 years of experience in a mix of public/private accounting OR with a large publicly traded company.
- Strong GAAP knowledge with hands-on experience preparing full-set financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
- Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and audit processes.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
- Remote – Open to candidates residing in PA, MD, DE, DC, VA, or FL.
- Flexible work schedule with required availability from 9 AM – 3 PM (ET).
