The Senior Accountant will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting while helping to streamline accounting processes as the company scales. This individual will work closely with the Controller and broader finance team to support strategic decision-making through timely, insightful financial analysis.

- Own the month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Analyze financial data and prepare internal reports for management.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and tracking variances.
- Partner with internal teams and external auditors to support audits and ensure compliance with GAAP.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improving systems, processes, and internal controls.
- Contribute to building financial infrastructure to support Contractor Nation’s growth.
- Experience with NetSuite
- BA in Accounting or Finance
- 5 years of related experience
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
