Key Responsibilities

• Lead the month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
• Manage and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and implement best practices.
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Handle technical accounting matters and stay updated on relevant standards.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred.
• 8 years of progressive accounting experience, including management roles.
• Experience with a public company is a must.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and technical accounting expertise.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
• Experience in a public accounting firm is a plus.
