- Manage and support database systems; oversee data transfers, software upgrades, and integrations; maintain data accuracy and third-party vendor connections.
- Provide system and software support; lead compliance and security initiatives; implement new technologies for improved user experience.
- Maintain Power BI dashboards; develop reports using Crystal Reports and Power BI; process data requests and identify process improvements.
- Ensure confidentiality, adhere to policies, and participate in university task forces and committees.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in SQL Server, Crystal Reports, and advanced technologies required.
- Expertise in database management, RDBMS, cloud computing, and tools like SSMS and SSIS.
- Strong communication, analytical, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
