- Manage full-cycle accounting, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close, reconciliations, general ledger work, and billing.
- Provide financial insights to operational leaders and management.
- Work in a hands-on, collaborative environment with a work hard/play hard culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of full-cycle accounting experience (public accounting not required).
- Strong interpersonal skills – must be friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working in a blue-collar environment.
- Competitive and driven personality with a desire to advance within the company.
